Ike Skelton to speak in Butler Monday afternoon

4th District Representative Ike Skelton will be in Butler Monday afternoon to discuss a new program called "Experience Works". The discussion is targeted to people age 55 and older. The program starts at 2:00 pm at 709 W. Ohio street in Butler.
