Missouri State Highway Patrol along with Bates County Sheriff is on scene of a 1 vehicle accident at mile marker 128.2 on Southbound I-49 just past the 52 Highway East Junction. A vehicle went off the roadway down a ditch and back up onto the roadway and continued driving. Bates County Live will update this if the vehicle is found.
