Appleton City man arrested on 2 Class C Felonies

On June 9, Robert PettyJohn, 33, Appleton City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with two class C felony charges of theft/stealing-value of property or services is $500 or more but less than $25,000. 

The charges stem from an Appleton City Police Department investigation of incidents on May 7 and May 9. 

Mr PettyJohn bond is set at $20,000 cash or surety.
