The Butler Bear Backers Committee held their first meeting of the year. There were several issues addressed during the meeting.
Doug Lawrence placed a request that the storage building located at the end of Butler High School Ball Field to be used for softball and baseball equipment.
The admission price for the 2013, games were discussed. The admission cost to the Butler Bears Football Games will be $4.00 for adults and $2.00 for students, children under 5 years old will be admitted free of charge.
The Butler Bears will kick off the 2013 season with the Jamboree to be held August 23rd in Adrian.
You are reminded that the Butler Bear Backers do have a website with sports information. That site iswww.butlerbearsfootball.com. This site will keep fans updated on their progress and scheduled events going on at the Butler Bears Football Field.
