On Dec. 9, Kim Wilkins reported a red and black 49cc scooter was stolen from her property located at the intersection of Seventh Street and Chestnut Street, Appleton City. Wilkins noted the scooter was chained to a barn. She said the rear fender was damaged and the right mirror was missing. Evidence was located at the scene and a request for prosecution was signed. The investigation is ongoing.
