TheBatesCountySheriff’sOfficeisproudtoannounceseveralemployeesfurtheringtheireducationinlawenforcement. InJanuary,threeemployeesoftheBatesCountySheriff’sOfficeandonevolunteeroftheBatesCountySheriff’sPosse,begantheprocessof anelevenmonthcommitmenttobecomecertifiedPoliceOfficers.

ThetrainingculminatedonDecember4^thwiththeGraduationofClass188oftheMissouriSheriff’sAssociationTrainingAcademyinClintonMissouri. Thethreeemployeesare;BrianBearce,whocurrentlyworksatthe911Director;JalynRosier,whowasaDispatcher/Administrativestaff;JaredDenham,whocurrentlyworksasaCorrectionsOfficer; TheSheriff’sPossemember; BradPage,whoservedseveralyearsasPossePresidentandwastheCo-FounderoftheSheriffs’ Posse.

BrianBearcewillcontinuetooverseethe911servicesinBatesCounty. JalynRosieracceptedapositionwiththeVernonCountySheriff’sOfficeonNovember29^th.JaredDenhamwillcontinuehispositionasaCorrectionsOfficeruntilhecanadvancetoaDeputyposition. BradPagewillcontinuetoworkfulltimeforKCP&LandwillbeaparttimeDeputyashisschedulewillallow.

I have watched each of them grow professionally and wish them the best of luck in the future.”
