The accident occurred when the 2005 Ford F-650 driven by 23 year old Cody B. Frakes of Joplin, Missouri was Northbound on U Highway traveled off the right side of the roadway, over corrected, returned to the roadway traveling off the left side and overturning.
The driver was taken by ambulance to Bates County Memorial Hospital with moderate injuries. The truck was totaled and towed from the scene by Gilkey's Tow of Rich Hill, Missouri.
