Three warrant arrest in St. Clair County‏

Ashley Mitchell

On March 2, Ashley Mitchell, 24, Montrose, was arrested in Osceola on two St. Clair County warrants for probation violations on original charges of possessing a controlled substance from incidents in July 2013 and Sept. 16, 2014. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety in each case.

Jennifer Havens

March 2 Jennifer Havens, 27, Appleton City, was arrested in Osceola on three Henry County warrants, a misdemeanor probation violation on an original driving while intoxicated charge, failing to appear in court on charges of driving while revoked/suspended and failing to display plates. Total bond is set at $1,341 cash or surety.

Jacob Harper

March 2, Jacob Harper, 24, Osceola, was arrested in Osceola on a probation violation warrant on an original felony charge of theft/stealing in November 2012. The warrant was issued the same day and bond is set at $5,000 cash only.
