Butler Early Childhood Screening

The Butler RV School District is hosting its annual preschool screening March 26 and 27. The screening provides information about your child’s progress. It is open to 3 and 4 year olds who must be 3 by 7-31-2015. Call for an appointment 660-679-6591, ext. 147.

You must have a copy of their immunization record, social security card, birth certificate and proof of residency.
