St.Clair County Sheriffs Office: Appleton City Man Arrested

On Feb. 24, Timmie McIntire, 23, Appleton City, was arrested in Osceola on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class D felony of non-support, total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payments due under order of support. 

The warrant was issued on Feb. 11 and stems from an incident in November 2013. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.
