Butler High School: Change in the District Championship Games in Lamar

With the threat of inclement weather moving in this Saturday, the Class 3 District 12 Championship games at Lamar have moved the start times up to earlier in the day Saturday.  Originally scheduled for a 6:00 p.m. (girls championship) and a 7:30 p.m. (boys championship), the tournament committee has decided to move the following schedule:

•  Girls Championship at 1:30 p.m. – Saturday, Feb. 28

•  Boys Championship at 3:00 p.m. – Saturday, Feb. 28

The Butler Boys will play in the semi-final game Friday night, Feb. 27 at 7:30 p.m. vs East Newton.  If the boys are successful and advance to the championship game, they will play at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28.
