Butler man arrested for disorderly conduct

Shortly after 10:00pm last night the Butler Police Department responded to a possible domestic around the area of Austin and Pleasant Street in Butler.

Upon arrival to the scene officers observed a white male laying in the roadway.

The man stated he was struck in the face by another male who was later identified as 32 year old Joshua L. Hawkins of Butler, Missouri.

Mr. Hawkins was taken was arrested for 1.) Disorderly Conduct. He was transported to the Bates County Jail and placed on a $1,000 cash/surety bond.
