Throughout the day, you can freely sample salsas, soup, relishes, cakes, stews and more, all made with heirlooms grown from seed at Poplar Heights. Relax at the new picnic area with your treats.
Learn more about herbs with classes in making herbal vinegars and oil, home-made pastas, preserving herbs and brewing an herbal tissane. Take home a free basil or mint plant to start you own herb garden. The Main House and barns will be open for tours
