Carmen Letitia Moses Harp was born June 8, 1964 in Butler, Missouri and passed away September 15, 2014 in Dallas, Texas.
Carmen was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Moses, and her father, Carl Moses; her grandparents, Buster (Theodore) & Helen Sweets, and Charles and Myrtle Moses. She is survived by her son, Skylar Moses; brothers Tim Nuckols, Carl Moses, Jr., Harold Moses, and Carlos Moses; sisters Debra Moses, Carla Fondren, Theresa Moses Clark, and Clarissa Moses; along with a host of nieces and nephews.
