On July 29, a St. Clair County arrest warrant was issued for Travis Carr, 21, Collins, charging him with a class C felony of theft/stealing. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. The charge stems from a report of stealing taken by a St. Clair County deputy on June 21. Larry and Debbie Thomas reported a Craftsman 3,000 watt generator was stolen from a shed on their property on NW 101 Road, Osceola. The generator was valued at $700.
During the investigation other items were discovered stolen. Items included a log roller, metal tractor seats, a power washer, and a laptop computer. All of the items reported stolen were recovered and returned to the Thomas’.
