Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrest Report 9/18/14

• On 9/17/14 around 9:30p.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 40 year - old Shawn F. Fuller of Kansas City, Missouri. He was arrested on 1.) Felony possession of a controlled substance 2.) Possession of Marijuana less than 35 grams 3.) Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into jail and later released.

• On 9/17/14 around 10:50p.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 62 year - old Melissa L. Coats of Belton, Missouri. She was arrested on 1.) Driving while intoxicated - Drugs 2.) Possession of Marijuana less than 35 grams 3.) Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. She was booked into the Bates County Jail and later released.
