She was born January 29, 1952 to Harry Francis and Martha Ann Sams Letchworth in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
Rosalie is survived by two daughters, Kimberly Strope and Kelsey Clintsman both of Springfield, Missouri; and one grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Francis Lee Letchworth and an infant brother.
