On Aug. 14, Natasha Enochs, 31, Appleton City,Missouri was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of stealing motor fuel. The charge stems from an incident in Sept. 2013. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety and a court date of Sept. 19 was issued.
