Well, we have benefited from a very pleasant August thus far, with a run of below normal temperatures keeping the Dog-Days-of-Summer at bay. However, it looks like that good fortune will come to an end this week as temperatures climb back t...o what we typically expect for August. We might be lucky enough to benefit from some of the storm complex's that will bubble up this coming week in response to the hotter temperatures (like the one possible tonight!), but it remains likely that by the end of the work week we will experience heat index values over 100.
