- On 9/16/14 around 11:00p.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 57 years-old Jacque L. Montgomery from Olathe, Kansas. She was arrested on 1.) Felony driving while intoxicated - aggravated offender 2.) Careless and imprudent driving involving a accident. She was booked into the Bates County Jail and placed on a 12 hour hold.
