The Missouri State Highway Patrol along with The Bates County Sheriffs Office just ended a vehicle pursuit in the Papinville, Missouri area.
The driver of the vehicle is in Police custody at this time with charges pending. Unknown at this time how all this started, Bates County Live will update this when more information becomes available.
