St v. Christopher James Sinn, Felony stealing, guilty plea, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation, to pay restitution of $8,041.84, court costs, Defe. Shall attend and successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed, to get substance abuse treatment and aftercare, to attend NA/AA, to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, Defe. Shall not possess or consume any alcoholic beverages or be where sold/served, to perform 200 hours of community service.

St v. Kevin N Belshe, Felony stealing by deceit, found guilty, sentenced to 5 years in MDOC, sentence to run concurrently with other sentences, to get credit for time served.

St v. Jerry E Gillia, Felony controlled substance(methamphetamines), found guilty, sentenced to 4 years in MDOC, Defe. To pay $150 on State Foreinsic Laboratory Account.

St v. John Elvis Smith-Hoover, Felony passing bad checks, reduced to Misd. Bad checks, guilty plea, sentenced to 6 mos. In Bates Co Jail, given SES, placed on 2 yrs. Probation, pay restitution before 6-18-12, pay court costs, obey all laws, to perform 40 hours of community service as directed.

St v. Nickolas T Alkire, Felony receiving stolen property, reduced to Misd. Reciving Stolen property, found guilty, sentenced to 6 mos. In Bates Co Jail, given SES, placed on 2 years probation, pay restitution by 7-16-12, to perform 40 hours of community service, obey all laws, pay court costs.

St v. Steven E Catron, Felony possession of controlled substance, methamphetamines, found guilty, given SIS, placed on 3 years probation, to pay court costs, to pay $150 on State Foreinsic Lab Account, Defe. To attend and successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed, to get substance abuse treatment, to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, Defe. Shall perform 200 hours of community service, to serve 10 days in Bates Co. Jail.

St v. Christopher B Jacobs, Felony non-support, found guilty, given SIS, placed on probation for 5 years, Defe. To obey all laws, to pay $100 /month on child support beginning June 1, 2012 and same day each month, keep wage assignment in place, to pay court costs by 11-19-12 @ 1 pm.

St v. Howard William Lindberg, Felony non-support, found guilty, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation, Defe. To pay $500/mo on child support beginning 6-1-12, to keep wage assignment in place, pay court costs.
