  • LoanCare, A Division of FNF Servicing, Inc. v. Paul G Gentry, His Unknow Heirs, Descendants and Assigns, et al, Default judgment entered.

  • U.S. Bank NA v Carrie Thornton,Order granting Motion for Final possession.

  • St v Kenneth A Baumgarden, Felony possession of controlled substance, found guilty, sentence to 5 years in MDOC, given SES,  placed on 5 years probation, to pay court costs, obey all laws.
  • St v. Brian L Jones, probation revoked, previous sentence to be executed.
  • St v. Thomas J Toothaker, guilty plea to Ct I & II possession of controlled substance and Ct III of resisting arrest, sentenced to 5 years on Cts I & II; sentenced to 4 year on Ct III, sentences to be served concurrently with each other and sentences from Vernon Co, MO.
  • Donald R Goode v David Bruce Schaller, Jennifer M Schaller, Ralph W Merideth and Arbie A Merideth, or if deceased, their unknown heirs, grantees, consorts, successors, trustees and assigns, Action To Quiet Title filed.

Timothy Runions, guilty plea to two Felony counts of unlawful use of a weapon, sentenced to 4 years in MDOC, given SES, placed on  5 years supervised probation, usual conditions, to perform 200 hours of community service, serve 60 days shock time in Bates Co Jail w/credit for time served, pay court costs.

  • St v. Hope M Talley, Felony non-support, Defe. shall abide by standard conditions, shall pay $400/mo on child support beginning 9-1-14, keep a wage assignment in place, pay court costs by 3-16-15 or appear in court.

  • St v. Leslie G Boyles, 2 counts Felony bad checks, guilty plea, given SIS, placed on probation for 5 years, to pay restitution of $1447.03, pay court costs, standard conditions.
