(BOLIVAR, MO) -- Citizens Memorial Hospital announces the appointment of Robert M. Ford Jr., M.D., to the CMH medical staff. Dr. Ford will join the CMH Osceola Medical Center and Walk-In Clinic on Jan. 12, 2015.
Dr. Ford attended medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine, and completed his residency at Anderson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Ford previously worked for Mercy Clinics in Republic and Mercy Hospital, Springfield, Mo. He also has practiced family medicine in Arkansas and North Carolina. Dr. Ford is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Specializing in family medicine, Dr. Ford has expertise in the management of diabetes and lipids. His practice includes complete family care including well care for all ages, skin biopsies, lesions, joint injections, immunizations, geriatric medicine, gynecologic care, and disease management.
Dr. Ford joins John Jonikas, D.O., Scott Dennis, PA-C, and Donna Griffin, MSW, LCSW, at the CMH Osceola Medical Center and Walk-In Clinic. He is accepting new patients.
