The charges stem from an incident in the early morning hours the same day when St. Clair County deputies were dispatched to a call in reference to two male subjects on a four wheeler carrying a water heater near NE 1301 Road, Osceola. The investigation discovered the water heater was stolen from a house owned by Robert Chambers.
