City of Butler rural fire protection services

Rural fire protection services are due April 1 and expire March 31 of the following year. Membership fees shall be payable on or after the 1st day of April in each year. Rural fire protection services are considered delinquent after April 30th.

Rural fire protection services are available for persons in Bates County residing or owning real property the Butler Fire Department respond area which is roughly W to CR 6001, E to BB, N to Passaic, and S to Miami Creek. Exact map is available at Butler City Hall. The residence or property must be easily accessible by roads. Membership fees range from $50.00 to $165.00 depending on property improvements.
