Three missing Cass County children that were found in Calgary, Alberta Canada on October 16 have returned home. The children returned home with their father this weekend.
Jacob Miers, 19, was taken into custody at the Montana/Canada border and was extradited back to Cass County. He was booked into the Cass County Sheriff's Office Jail today on a charge of Accessory Interference with Custody. His bond has been set at $50,000.00.
Sherri L. O'Neal, who was also taken into custody on October 16 in Calgary, remains in Canada awaiting a hearing on her status. No timeline has been given regarding her return.
