On 5/19/14 around 11:45pm The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Dylan K. Avery 18 years old of Dresden, Missouri. He was arrested in Bates County on a stop and hold for Henry County for assault. He was booked in the Bates County Jail and placed on a 24 hour hold until he is extradited back to Henry County.
