• On 5-18-14 around 6:50pm The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 51 year old Dawn M. Rafferty of Adrian, Missouri. She was arrested on 1.) Driving while intoxicated - 1st offense. She was booked into the Bates County Jail and placed on a 12 hour detox hold.

• On 5-18-14 around 3:47 p.m the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Anthony D. Reese, 44, Kansas City,Missouri. He was arrested for 1.) misdemeanor warrant from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, 2.) driving while suspended and exceeded posted speed limit by 16 m.p.h. He was booked into the Bates County Jail and placed on no bond

• On 5-17-14 around 3am.The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 27 year old Arnold L. Garrison of Rich Hill, Missouri. Mr. Garrison was arrested on 1.) Driving while intoxicated 2.) Careless and imprudent driving involving accident 3.) No insurance. He was booked into the Bates County Jail and later released.
