- 19 year old Stephen Carl Mannino of Clinton was arrested Thursday at 1:05am at Third and Grandriver streets for driving while revoked and suspended.
- 19 year old Justin Michael Williamson of Butler was arrested at the Bates County Sheriff's Office in Butler on Thursday at 5am for the Clinton ordinance of failing to appear upon arrest and summons.
