On 11/18/14 around 7:15 p.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 27 year-old Latifyyah S. Hakim of Independence, Missouri. He was arrested on 1.) 2 Misdemeanor warrants out of Platte County Sheriff's Office 2.) Misdemeanor warrant out of Cole County Sheriff's Office. He was booked into the Bates County Jail.
