Obituary - Kevin Lee Littrell

Kevin L. Littrell, 54 of rural Louisburg, Kansas passed away November 25, 2014 at Olathe Hospice House, Olathe, Kansas. Cremation, with memorial services 11:00 AM Saturday, November 29, 2014 at Drexel United Methodist Church in Drexel, Missouri with Rev. Dennis Stone officiating. Visitation prior to services from 9:30 – 11 AM at the church. Private family inurnment will be in Louisburg Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to Olathe Hospice House. Kevin Lee Littrell was born June 22, 1960 in Fort Scott, Kansas, son of Lee and Sherill (Hoover) Littrell. He attended school and graduated from Louisburg High School in Louisburg, Kansas and was an all-state football player. Later, Kevin served in the Navy for four years. He loved football but also enjoyed KU basketball, and watching all types of sports.

Kevin was preceded in death by his grandparents: James W. Littrell, Earl Hoover, and Dorothy Burton. He is survived by his parents, Lee and Sherill Littrell of Drexel, Missouri; grandmother, Leota Hoover of Mound City, Kansas; sister Lisa Spradling and husband Brent of Louisburg; sister Karla Breuer and husband Brian of Drexel; brother Kyle Littrell of Louisburg; nieces and nephews Blake and Jason Spradling, Cody and Jacob Breuer, and Clara and Ava Littrell; as well as two great-nieces and two great-nephews.
