Fran Avenue closed while police search for subject

The Butler Police Department has temporarily closed Fran Avenue in west Butler as they search for a male subject who attempted to elude them a short while ago. The subject is reported to be a white male, balding, wearing a white tshirt and now it thought to be in the area of the Days Inn Hotel just east of Walmart.
