Crystal Jean (Loyd) Young, 56 of Butler, Missouri passed away July 11, 2014 at Medicalodge of Butler. She was born March 19, 1958 in Peculiar, Missouri, daughter of Ervin Lee and Phyllis Jean (Carter) Loyd.

Crystal was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her step-mother, Dorothy Loyd of Peculiar, Missouri; brother Carter Bryan Loyd of Osceola, Missouri; brother Gerald Lee Loyd of Grandview, Missouri; sister Michelle Kuntze of Omaha, Nebraska; sister Debbie Loyd Jarvis of Independence, Missouri; step-brothers Tim Boos and Mike Boos of Peculiar; daughter Hydie Loyd Middaugh of Belton, Missouri; daughter Samantha Dawn Taylor of Butler; eight grandchildren; as well as many friends and cousins.
