St. Clair County Sheriffs Office: Arrest Warrant Issued For Appleton City Man

• On Aug. 26, an arrest warrant was issued for Jonavon Loney, 23, Appleton City, charging him with a class D felony of property damage-first degree. The charge stems from an incident on Aug. 19 involving the Appleton City Police Department.
