Around 3:00 p.m.today the Missouri State highway Patrol in Cass County along with the Cass County Sheriffs Office responded to a one vehicle accident on Route TT Highway just South of 291 Street in rural Cass County.Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 1997 Chevrolet driven by 18 year old Izak P. Bergschneider of Harrisonville, Missouri traveled off the right side of the roadway striking a ditch and overturning ejecting the driver.
Mr. Bergschneider sustained moderate injuries in this accident and was transported by Harrisonville EMS to Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene by Johnson's Tow Company.
