On 6/28/16 around 10:58pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 20 year old Tyler K. Millikin of Stella, Missouri.Mr. Millikin was arrested for 1.) Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.
He was booked into the Bates County Jail and later released.
