On Aug. 8, Jimmy Clark, 48, Independence, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on an original class C felony charge of theft. The warrant was issued in November 2015 and bond is set at $8,999.50. The original charge stems from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation in October 2011 when deputies took a report from Dr. John Ure in reference to a burglary at his residence on NE 1174 Private Road located in Ninnescah Park. Ure reported a safe was stolen during the incident. The safe was later recovered with assistance from the Missouri State Highway Patrol Dive Team.In February 2012 Clark plead guilty to the charge and the imposition of sentencing was suspended and he was placed on five years of supervised probation. He was ordered to pay a maximum of $12,875 in restitution. |
