Shirley Jean Smith, 75, Adrian, Missouri, died Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at Adrian Manor. Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, August 26, 2016 at Crescent Hill Cemetery in Adrian.
Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice-Butler, 612 West Fort Scott Street, Butler, MO 64730.
