72-year-old Rochelle A. Moreland, Rich Hill, passed away Wednesday, March 19, at St. Luke's Hospital, Kansas City. Arrangements are under direction of Heuser Funeral Home, Rich Hill, and a memorial service is scheduled at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, March 29, at the Myrtle Tree Fellowship, Rich Hill, with Jon Beckett officiating.
