On May 13, Vernard Tucker, 44, Lowry City, was arrested in Osceola on a felony probation violation warrant. Tucker is on probation after pleading guilty in November 2009 to class C felony statutory rape in the second degree. The charge stemmed from an incident in November 2008. Bond is set at $1,500 cash only.
