On 10/28/14 around 10:40 p.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 33 year old Charles A. Moretine of East Lynne, Missouri. He was arrested on 1.) Felony possession of a controlled substance 2.) Failure to equip motor vehicle with a rear license plate light. He was booked into the Bates County Jail and later released.
