Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrest Report 11/2/14

On 11/2/14 around 12:25 p.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 39 year old Amanda J. Owsley of Harrisonville, Missouri. She was arrested on 1.) Felony possession of a controlled substance 2.) Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia 3.) Operating a motor vehicle with only 1 headlight. She was booked into the Bates County Jail and later released.
