Please beware of scam collection calls. We have had reports of member receiving a call stating that their electricity is about to be shut off and they need to make a payment immediately. Osage Valley does not ever take credit card numbers over the phone. Do not ever give your credit card information to a person claiming to be from Osage Valley. Osage Valley only accepts credit card information through a secure automated phone system.
