Kori L Foster v Keeland Wackerman, Petition for Order of Protection filed. 

St v. James C Addleman, Felony possession of controlled substance, marijuana, found guilty, given SIS, placed on 3 years probation, Defe. To go to  Mo Post Conviction Drug Treatment Program. Defe to get treatment as ordered, shall not possess or consume an alcoholic beverages or enter establishment where sold/served. 

Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc, a successor servicer to Oakwood Acceptance Corporation, LLC v. Donna J McKinley and Clifton Wilson, Dismissal filed by Petitioner. 

St v Thomas I Miller, probation revoked, I: burglary, sentenced to 5 years in MDOC, II: theft/stealing, sentenced to 5 years in MDOC, sentences to be served concurrently with each other and with any other sentences serving. 

St v. Paul D Estep,  Felony DWI, sentenced to 7 years in MDOC, placed on probation for 5 years, to pay all court costs, to successfully complete counseling/treatment as directed, to get substance abuse treatment and aftercare, to attend AA/NA, to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, Defe. Shall not possess/consume alcoholic beverages or be upon premises where served/sold., Defe. Shall serve 60 days in Bates Co Jail. 

St v. Carlton Allen Cummins, Felony possession /sale of equipment with altered id nos., found guilty, given SIS, placed on probation for 3 years,  Defe. Shall pay $2500 restitution and court costs, shall successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed,  Shall be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, shall perform 100 hours of community service. 

St v. Kelly Dean Ravenstien, I: Felony stealing, found guilty,sentenced to  5 yrs in MDOC, II: Felony possession of burglary tools, found guilty, sentenced to 4 years in MDOC, III: Felony possession of a controlled substance, found guilty, sentenced to 5 years in MDOC,given SES, restitution of $500,  placed on 5 years probation, sentences to be served concurrently with each other. 

St v. Danny Ross Green, Felony possession of controlled substance, methamphetamines, found guilty, sentenced to 5 years in MDOC,  120 day call back option, Court recommends Institutional Substance Abuse Treatment Program. 

St v. Elizabeth Deann Secrest, Felony non-support, found guilty, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation, to pay court costs by 12-20-10, to pay $200 first of every month beginning Nov. 1, 2010, to keep wage assignment in place, obey all laws, keep address/employment/phone no. current with court at all times. 

St v. Jared L Stark, Felony non-support, found guilty, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation, to pay $450/mo beginning Nov. 1, 2010 and every month, keep wage assignment in place, pay court costs by 12-20-10, to obey all laws, to keep court informed of employment, address and phone no. 



Sarah F Shirrel v Douglas R Regers, Petition for Order of Protection is dismissed by Petitioner. 

William E Swarnes v Paula R Coonce, Petition for Order of Protection is dismissed by Petitioner. 

Trisha Selby v Marty Beard, Petition for Order of Protection is dismissed by Petitioner. 

Donna D Bennett v Robert Scott Bennett, Full Order of Protection entered.
