Offices closed in honor of Diehl

Bates County Live has been informed that some offices in the court house will be closed Monday in honor of the late Duane Diehl. This includes the office of the Bates County Treasurer, which will be closed from 9:15 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Note that other offices/businesses around the area may be closed for a short time as well, so employees may attend the funeral.
