St v. Thomas Paul Campbell, Defe. Enters plea to amended charge of  Felony possession of controlled substance, methamphetamines,  sentenced to 5 years in MDOC, given SES, placed on 5 years probation,  to pay State Forensic Lab fee, to pay board bill, to get counseling/treatment as directed, to attend substance abuse treatment and aftercare, to attend AA/NA, Defe. Shall be subject to random drug testing, Defe. Shall not possess/consume alcoholic beverages, to be subject to random home/vehicle searches, to perform 200 hours of community service. 

St v. Christopher Shawn Tuggle, guilty plea to Felony unlawful use of a weapon, sentenced to 2 years in MDOC, sentence to run concurrently with any other sentence presently serving. 

St v. Mark G Schlund, probation revoked, previous sentence of 5 years in MDOC is imposed. 

St v. Christopher Allen Bailey, Felony possession of controlled substance, methamphetamines, enters guilty plea, sentenced to 5 years in MDOC, given SES, placed on probation for 5 years, sentence to be served concurrently with any other sentence, assessed $150 as court costs for credit to State Forensic Lab account,  to pay all court costs, to attend and successfully complete counseling/treatment as directed,  to get substance abuse treatment and aftercare, to attend NA/AA, Defe. to be subject to

St v. Christopher Allen Bailey, Felony possession of controlled substance, methamphetamines, enters guilty plea, sentenced to 5 years in MDOC,given SES, placed on probation for 5 years, sentence to be served concurrently with any other sentence, assessed $150 as court costs for credit to State Forensic Lab account, to pay all court costs, to attend and successfully complete counseling/treatment as directed, to get substance abuse treatment and aftercare, to attend NA/AA, Defe. To be subject to random drug tests, random home/vehicle searches, Defe. Shall not possess or consume alcoholic beverages or enter any establishment where sold/served. 

St v. Arnold L Garrison II, Felony attempt to manufacture  a controlled substance, methamphetamines, found guilty, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation, to pay court costs, to attend and successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed, to be subject to random drug testing, to be subject to random home/vehicle searches,  Defe. Shall not possess or consume alcoholic beverages or be upon premises where sold/served, Defe. Shall spend 17 days in Bates County Jail and pay daily rate. 

St v. Carlie F Priset, enters guilty plea on Amended charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamines, given SIS, placed on probation for 5 years, Defe. To pay $150 on State Forensic Lab fee, to pay court costs, to attend and successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed, to get substance abuse treatment and aftercare, to attend AA/NA, enter and successfully complete the long term treatment program, Defe. Is not to consume/possess any alcoholic beverages or be where alcohol is sold/served, Defe. To be subject to random drug tests, random home/vehicle searches, to perform 200 hours of community service, Defe. To spend 15 days in Bates County Jail for shock time. 

St v. Norman Allen Kenney, Felony DWI, persistent offender, found guilty, sentenced to 4 years in MDOC, given SES, placed on 5 years probation, Defe. To pay all court costs, including jail board bill, to attend and successfully complete counseling/treatment as directed, to get substance abuse treatment and aftercare,  to attend AA/NA, Defe. To be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, Defe. Shall not consume  or possess any alcoholic beverages or be upon premises where sold/served, to perform 200 hours of community service. 

St v. George O Ratje, I: Felony burglary; II: Felony stealing; guilty plea to both, sentenced to 5 years in MDOC on each count, given a SES, placed on 5 years probation, sentences to be served concurrently, to pay restitution of $700, to pay court costs, Defe. Shall attend and successfully complete counseling/treatment as directed, to get substance abuse treatment and aftercare, to attend 
AA/NA, to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, shall not consume or possession any alcoholic beverages or be upon premises where sold/served. 

St v. George O Ratje, Felony possession of controlled substance, methamphetamines, found  guilty, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation, Defe. To pay court costs, Defe. To attend and successfully complete counseling/treatment as directed,  to get substance abuse treatment and aftercare, to attend AA/NA, Defe. To be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, Defe. Shall not consume or have in possession any alcoholic beverages or be upon premises where sold/served.  Defe. To perform 100 hours of community service.

To pay court costs, Defe to attend and successfully complete counseling/treatment as directed,  Defe. To get substance abuse treatment and aftercare, Defe. To be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, Defe. Shall not possess or consume alcoholic beverages or be upon premises where alcohol sold/served, to perform 200 hours of community service. 

St v. Charles Raymond Warren, Jr., entered guilty plea to Felony possession of controlled substance, methamphetamines, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation, to pay court costs, to pay $150 on State Forensic Lab account, to attend and successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed,  to get substance abuse treatment and aftercare, to attend AA/NA, to be subject to random drug tests, random home/vehicle searches Defe. Shall not consume/possess alcohol or be where sold/served, to perform 200 hours of community service. 

St v. Ricky L Lambrecht, probation revoked, sentenced to 3 years in MDOC, sentence stayed until 11-1-11 @ 10 am at which time  Defe. Shall surrender to the custody of the Bates Co Sheriff.
