Four people were injured in a head on accident that occurred yesterday afternoon at the 18 and KK highways intersection just east of Adrian. A 2001 Ford driven by Lori E. Littlejohn, 29, of Adrian was turning north onto KK highway and struck a 2001 Honda driven by Allyson R. Green, 16, of Butler head on. Occupants of the Littlejohn car included Shiloah D. Oneil, 4, and Deidre J. Picklo, 7, also of Adrian.
All four were taken to Bates County Memorial Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. 18 highway was closed to through traffic for a short time as the Adrian Fire Department, highway patrol and EMS worked the scene.
