St v Brandon C Ryan, I: Felony possession of controlled substance-marijuana, II: Felony possession of drug paraphernalia, found guilty, given SIS, placed on probation for 5 years, fined $l00 on Ct. II, to pay court costs, to pay $150 on State Forensic Lab Account,, Defe. To attend and successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed, to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, to perform 200 hours of community service, to spend 48 hours in jail and pay for it.

Kristy D Gann, Felony DWR amended to possession of controlled substance, methamphetamines, found guity, sentenced to 4 years in MDOC, given SES, placed on 4 years probation, to pay $150 on State Forensic Laboratory Account, pay court costs, Defe. Shall attend an dsuccessfully complete counseling/treatment as directed, Defe. Shall submit to random drug testing, random home/vehicle

St v. Luke R O’Banion, probation revoked, sentenced to 3 years in MDOC.
