The 2013 Relay for Life will be held at the Bates county Fairgrounds. The Relay for Life Survivor dinner will be at 6 pm Thursday May 23rd at the Education Center of Bates County Memorial Hospital. To register call Miranda Parks at 660-679-3179 or 200-5757.
Luminaries are now for sale… Luminaries may be purchased at the News Express Office on the Butler Square, which is now the official site for The Butler Chamber of Commerce. New this year will be the luminary Lanterns… this choice will be $10.00 each.
Luminaries may be purchased up to the June 1st Relay for Life Ceremony.
